The Conference, which will be opened by the President of the Community of Madrid, Angel Garrido, will feature keynote speakers at the highest level:
Kala Vairavamoorthy, Executive Director of the IWA, International Water Association, will offer a global outlook of the technological challenges and solutions for urban water. Bruno Tisserand, President of the EUREAU, Federation of National Association of Water Services, will present the European view. The presentation of Sergio Campos, Head of the Division of Water and Sanitation of the IDB, Inter-American Development Bank, will focus on the perspective of the Ibero-American area. In turn, the representatives of the World Bank and the Ministry for the Ecological Transition of Spain, will focus on the area of North Africa and the Middle East and our country, respectively.
The event will be held in conjunction with SIGA, the Trade Fair for Innovative Water Management Solutions, also organized by IFEMA, from 26 February to 1 March 2019, at the Feria de Madrid.
