NO DIG Berlin 2022: Program now available

17th Pipeline Technology Conference

The European flagship event for the pipeline industry, the 17th Pipeline Technology Conference (ptc), will take place from March 7-10, 2022.

Transmission and distribution system operators from around the world will be able to learn about the latest developments and offerings in the industry and to exchange ideas with other operators and market participants.

Thanks to the integration of NO DIG Berlin into ptc 2022, more municipal network operators will also be attracted to the event. They will be able to find out about new developments in trenchless construction techniques at the exhibition and conference.

Wärmewende am Wendepunkt: Geothermie als Schlüsseltechnologie für Kommunen

Die Wärmewende steht vor dem Durchbruch: Beim Praxisforum Geothermie Bayern treffen sich Experten, um zu zeigen, wie Erdwärmeprojekte dank verbesserter Rahmenbedingungen erfolgreich umgesetzt werden können. Vom 16. bis 18. Oktober liegt der Fokus auf der Nutzung von Geothermie als zentraler Baustein für eine klimaneutrale Wärmeversorgung, insbesondere in Kommunen.

SeeKaquA: Drone will search for groundwater in the Kalahari

In the German-African project SeeKaquA, researchers aim to detect deep groundwater resources in the Kalahari Desert using state-of-the-art drone-based electromagnetics. The project has now officially started, and the first measurement campaigns will take place in the spring of 2025.
